We do say to customers if it’s a power fault then pack it. If you don’t send it we will assume it works ok.
This is hard to answer without looking at the laptop. However, we charge £40/hr and most repairs take between 1-2 hours to repair. We will always let you know in the quotation the exact amount it will cost, then you can decide if you would like to go ahead or not.
