Many companies and manufacturers have struggled to produce such performance in a laptop and have simply given way to this monster. Even before Dell purchased the Alienware label in 2006, it was still a force to be reckoned with.
We have more than 10 years of laptop repairs experience with specialist wisdom at our disposal and we collect laptops from all over the UK including London.

We can collect your damaged laptop, completely free of charge, the same day or a preferred day of your choice. Collections arranged after 1pm will be collected on the following day.
Repair collections can be from your office or home, someone will need to be present.
Parts availability for laptops can be a problem for many laptop repairers. We carry a large stock of genuine parts which are available for our engineers disposal.
If we haven’t got the part, we can certainly get hold of it. In many cases we can repair and not replace parts, we do our best not to create more electrical waste than needed.
Been big and powerful doesn’t mean indestructible and Alienware like any other brand certainly has its faults. Anything can break and this is where we can help. If you do not want to go ahead with the outlined repairs we have a small diagnosis fee of £20.00 + Return Delivery and we will get it back to you exactly as it was sent
We do say to customers if it’s a power fault then pack it. If you don’t send it we will assume it works ok.
This is hard to answer without looking at the laptop. However, we charge £40/hr and most repairs take between 1-2 hours to repair. We will always let you know in the quotation the exact amount it will cost, then you can decide if you would like to go ahead or not.
